one block south of the Rio Cuale (Cuale River) and literally sits
on the sand of Los Muertos beach (referred to as the "nicest"
beach in PV) in the "Zona Romantica"
(translated is the Romantic Zone) in Puerto Vallarta.
The building is comprised of 9 floors of privately owned condominiums,
with a rooftop terrace and pool, onsite restaurant, and full service,
friendly staff. Your condo has daily maid service, everyday except
Sunday. The beach in front of the condo offers all day food/beverage
service as you sit in shade under a palapa or soak up the glorious
sunshine and fabulous Mexican culture.

(both King size beds, with private full bathrooms off each
bedroom) condo with fully equipped kitchen, dining area,
living area, and fabulous balcony overlooking the water, perfect
for whale/dolphin/sunset watching over cocktails with friends.
The building is staffed 24X7 with wonderful longtime professionals
who are there to make your stay the best you've had anywhere,
to answer any questions you may have during your stay and to assist
with anything you may need help with!
